The Plaintiffs’ Bar is highly collaborative and coordinated; the transportation industry, including the Defense Bar (collectively, "Industry"), is not. We can do better. This interactive presentation will discuss (1) the state of tort litigation, including the ever-vanishing trial; (2) the tools and methods used by the Plaintiffs’ Bar to collaborate, coordinate, and “win”; and (3) the need for better Industry collaboration, including the benefits of data aggregation and sharing within trusted communities.
