Lacey Breeden

Lacey Breeden is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Akana Claims Management. Lacey also serves as General Counsel at KLB Services, which is part of a fourth-generation family-owned and operated trucking company based in Fort Worth, Texas. 

As KLB Services’ General Counsel, Lacey focuses on potential risk management strategies for all the company's departments including its motor carrier entities, brokerage, equipment leasing company, administrative services company, and maintenance arm. She dedicates her time to implementing strategic mitigation through pro-active corporate governance and claims adjusting. 

She is the proud co-founder of the company's in-house rapid response program, which laid the foundation for the principles and practices that eventually formed Akana Claims Management. Lacey is proud to represent the company in all stages of pre-trial litigation. Lacey also oversees the company's safety department, insurance and claims department and human resources department. 

Lacey's mission is to protect the company's generational reputation through focused advocacy. She sees her role as an integral extension of her corporate business team and aims to conduct her practice from a business-minded perspective. 

In her free time, Lacey enjoys spending time with her two children and her husband, attending church and being outdoors.
