Change & Cancellation Policy
ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to registrations@trucking.org.
Changes: Monday, July 8, is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning Tuesday, July 16, change requests can be made on-site at the Forum Registration Desk. The Registration Desk opens at 1:00 pm.
Cancellations: The deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund has passed. No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after June 25.
