Change & Cancellation Policy
ALL changes and cancellations require written notification and will not be processed by phone. Changes include profile updates, substitutions and transfers. Send all written notifications to registrations@trucking.org.
Changes: Wednesday, July 23, is the deadline for change/substitution/transfer requests. Beginning Sunday, July 27, change requests can be made onsite at the Forum Registration Desk.
Cancellations: The deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund has passed.
For cancellations which are due to an Act of God, declared federal, state or local State of Emergency (or other similar government declaration, act, or regulation), war, act of terrorism, disaster, strike, civil disorder, pandemic or curtailment of transportation facilities which make it illegal or impossible to attend, the ATA Litigation Center (“ATALC”) will reimburse 100% of the registration fee paid by the registrant or, at registrant’s written request, will apply such monies received to a future ATA or ATALC event. If the ATALC has to cancel the Forum for any reason, its (and ATA’s) liability is limited solely to a refund of paid registration fee(s) to the registrant. The ATALC disclaims any and all other potential liability to the registrant due to cancelling the event.
ATALC and American Trucking Associations reserves the right to cancel the registration of any individual for any reason at any time, as well as expel anyone from the event in its sole discretion. Any individual whose registration is cancelled prior to the event shall be reimbursed the full cost of their registration fee. ATALC shall not be responsible for the registration fee of any individual who is expelled from the event after it has begun. ATALC shall have no liability or obligation except as expressly stated here.
No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations received after July 1.
