Brandon Woodard

Brandon Woodard

Brandon represents a variety of clients in complex litigation across the country, particularly with cases involving technical/scientific issues. This includes litigating and consulting on traumatic brain injury cases in 40 states. Brandon has tried cases in first and second chair roles and steered more than 500 cases with brain injuries and with psychological injuries including PTSD, conversion disorder, and claims of traumatically induced ADHD, psychotic disorder, and bipolar disorder.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and a master’s degree in experimental psychology and before becoming an attorney, he spent several years engaged in academic research in the areas of psychology and neuroscience with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital & Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati Departments of Psychology, Biology, and Neurology.
