Sean Cody has been in the Recovery and Towing industry for 45 years. He has owned B&L Recovery & Towing since 1988. B&L has 20 government contracts totaling over 125 miles including the NJ Turnpike, the heaviest traveled roadway in the United States.
Tom McLaughlin is the Senior Director of Risk Management & Claims for TFI International, in Eagan, MN. TFI International, based in Montreal, Quebec, is the 5th largest transportation provider in North America. Tom oversees TFI’s Claims Team, which supports all affiliated companies and divisions. Responsibilities include overseeing all auto, general liability, workers comp and cargo claims, as well as risk management functions.
Jeffrey A. Segal is a partner at Salmon Ricchezza, Singer & Turchi, LLP with offices in PA, NJ, NY and DE. Jeff has devoted his practice to the defense of commercial transportation companies and drivers after accidents resulting in alleged bodily injury and/or property damage in NJ and NY for over 20 years. Jeff is on call at all times to provide immediate response to accidents and assists commercial transportation companies after voluntary or involuntary tows which result in unjustified invoices and/or improper retention of equipment and/or cargo.
Heather Devine is the Chief Legal Officer at TRAFFIX, a $1.05B North American 3PL, and is a member of the company’s executive management team. In her new role as CLO, Heather oversees legal and risk management, leads the company on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters, and provides strategic counsel to senior leaders in all TRAFFIX’ business units globally. Heather is the Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors, and the Audit and Compensation Committees – both of which were newly formed during her tutelage.
John Kellenberger is a partner in and the Chief Operating Officer of US1 Industries, Inc. John has served in this and other executive capacities with US1 since January of 2016. John's interests and work in transportation have been diverse and have focused on many facets of the industry. Prior to joining US1, John was a partner in a regional firm acting as its transportation lead. John has served as outside general counsel to several larger logistics entities, while at the same time owning a transportation insurance brokerage and third party claims adjusting firm.

James Overton is a consulting expert with over 22 years of experience in traffic crash investigation, reconstruction and analysis, and fleet safety compliance. Mr.
Todd Gray is the managing partner of the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office, and also a chair of the Transportation Practice of Lewis Brisbois. He is editor of the firm’s Transportations Law Update. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Kentucky; however, his practice regularly spans most of the eastern-half of the United States.
Jack Jebo received his undergraduate degree in Government at the College of William & Mary (1999) and his law degree at the University of Richmond (2002). He began his legal career with Carter & Shands in Richmond, Virginia. His practice there consisted of personal lines insurance defense, which gave Jack early and frequent first chair trial experience.
