Jonathan Todd is Vice Chair of the Transportation & Logistics Practice at Benesch. His nationally ranked practice focuses on transactional and regulatory matters in the transportation and logistics sector. He has represented clients in regulatory investigations, voluntary disclosures, and eight-figure civil penalty actions by a wide range of federal and state agencies including the FMCSA, PHMSA, CBP, BIS, OFAC, TSA, FAA, and FRA. Prior to joining Benesch he was in-house operations counsel with a global logistics provider delivering motor carriage, brokerage, ocean and air forwarding, and customs house brokerage services. In addition to his law degree, Jonathan holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and a US Customs Broker License.
