Chris Conatser is a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office and a member of the products, pharma, medical and mass tort team. Conatser’s practice is focused on resolving complex disputes for clients in the healthcare, life sciences, energy and industrial sectors throughout all stages of litigation. In this role, Kyle helps manage the Company’s litigation portfolio, procures insurance, implements risk mitigation strategies, assists in contract drafting and refinement in support of business development, manages the Company’s human resources department, and counsels internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal and business topics.

Mr. Carey is a seasoned litigator who represents clients across the United States and internationally in high exposure litigation. He is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia and is a certified Rule 31 Mediator.

Mr. Carey defends motor carriers, logistics brokers, and shippers in serious tractor trailer accidents, as well as  a wide range of clients in other industries in catastrophic injury cases. He routinely advises clients on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, and he is a member of the Firm's 24-Hour Emergency Response Team.

Braden Core represents motor carriers, forwarders, and logistics companies in regulatory compliance, contract reviews, and owner-operator arrangements. He also defends businesses in a large variety of enforcement cases, including TSA air-cargo and cargo-screening investigations and FAA dangerous-goods investigations. Braden also regularly counsels and speaks on owner-operator arrangements, challenges to independent-contractor classification, and compliance with the Federal Leasing Regulations.

He attended LouisianaState University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in 1985. In 1988, Jim received his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola University School of Law and has been practicing as a defense attorney handling litigation matters in the areas of insurance, transportation, trucking, products liability, and warranty litigation.
