With over two decades of defending companies in consumer and personal privacy class actions and against a backdrop of emerging privacy laws, Molly advises companies on the patchwork of state and federal privacy laws, consumer protection regulations, breach response obligations, and tracking technology disclosures. She partners with multiple logistics companies on the application of state and federal regulations and statutes. In addition, Molly advises clients on the impact of AI tools and the development of necessary AI policies.
