Christopher Stewart specializes in accident reconstruction and analysis, product failure analysis, premise liability, and human factors analysis. Chris has over 20 years of experience in engineering consulting and accident reconstruction. He employs leading edge technologies in the preservation of evidence, the reconstruction of accidents and analysis of human factors issues.
Kari is a Senior Vice President of Medical Management and Bill Review. As a part of a nationwide team, she understands claims and delivers solutions for attorneys, insurance companies, third party administrators, and governmental agencies. Kari has been in the industry for 25+ years and has earned a nationwide reputation of reliability, credibility, and cost mitigation. Additional services include Life Care Planning, medical needs assessments, Medicare Set-Asides, and case management.
Brandon represents a variety of clients in complex litigation across the country, particularly with cases involving technical/scientific issues. This includes litigating and consulting on traumatic brain injury cases in 40 states. Brandon has tried cases in first and second chair roles and steered more than 500 cases with brain injuries and with psychological injuries including PTSD, conversion disorder, and claims of traumatically induced ADHD, psychotic disorder, and bipolar disorder.
Drew’s practice centers on the intersection of science and law. He holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and a master’s degree in experimental psychology and before becoming an attorney, he spent several years engaged in academic research in the areas of psychology and neuroscience with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital & Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati Departments of Psychology, Biology, and Neurology.
