Mark Barber routinely defends motor carrier clients in claims involving serious tractor trailer accidents, advises on Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations compliance, and is a member of the Firm's 24-Hour Emergency Response Team.

Angela has been employed with PAM Transport, Inc. in numerous capacities of risk for over 20 years.  Angela leads a team handling Auto Liability Claims, Freight Claims, Workers’ Compensation, and DOT Drug & Alcohol Compliance.   Angela is the Registered Agent and Corporate Representative for PAM Transport and works closely with defense counsel on all matters of litigation cases.  

Larissa Whittingham is Director of Employment Litigation and Employment Counsel for J.B. Hunt Transport. Larissa partners with HR Compliance, operations management, and safety personnel in ensuring compliance with employment laws and creating best practices for the work environment. Larissa also manages employment litigation and pre-litigation assessment and response. Prior to joining J.B. Hunt, Larissa practiced in the areas of labor and employment and commercial litigation at a national law firm.

Leigh Ferron is Lead Counsel at FedEx, where she is responsible for oversight of legal strategy on liability litigation for all FedEx companies. Leigh has worked for FedEx since 2015 in various capacities within the Legal Department, including risk management and regulatory. Michael is a corporate transactional attorney whose practice focuses on corporate financings, venture capital, tax, and mergers and acquisitions. He works closely with start-up and private and public companies on issues related to equity and financings, tax matters, the structuring of executive compensation (including stock arrangements), strategic ventures, acquisitions and management buy-outs. Shannon Cohen provides legislative counsel services to the firm's clients.
