John Kellenberger is a partner in and the Vice President of US1 Industries, Inc. John has served in this capacity since January of 2016. John's interests and work in transportation have been diverse and have focused on many facets of the industry. Prior to joining US1, John was a partner in a regional firm acting as its transportation lead. John has served as outside general counsel to several larger logistics entities, while at the same time owning a transportation insurance brokerage and third-party claims adjusting firm. John's breadth of experience includes labor issues, mergers and acquisitions, cargo and bodily injury claims, starting and maintaining insurance captives, class action defense and unfair competition/trade secrets defense. John holds a B.A. from the University of Delaware and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.
