Jessica Hamadeh has thirteen years of experience in the transportation industry as in-house counsel for U.S. Xpress. She currently serves as their Vice President of Legal Affairs and Associate General Counsel, specializing in the areas of business litigation, class actions, regulatory compliance, revenue equipment leasing and financing, independent contractor and lease-purchase programs, and service provider and supplier agreements.
