Gene F. Zipperle Jr., is licensed to practice law in Kentucky (1988) and Indiana (1989). Gene has litigated in the state and federal courts of Indiana and Kentucky and other states. His current practice focuses on all aspects of transportation litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. Gene is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and Kentucky Defense Counsel, ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, the Defense Research Institute Trucking Committee, the Conference of Freight Counsel, and the Transportation Lawyers Association. He has spoken at a wide variety of industry conferences and has written numerous articles for various defense-oriented publications.
