Panelists will discuss the current state of litigation nationally as it relates to organization by the plaintiff's bar, the impact it has had on trial willingness and trial outcomes, and a new model of defense litigation we are proposing to not only counter the plaintiff's bar but to put the defense in a better position to take the offense from the start of litigation.
