Q: When is the last day to cancel my meeting registration with refund?
A: The last day to cancel your registration is Friday, July 2 2021, to receive a refund less a $100 per person administrative fee. No refunds for registration fees will be processed for cancellations postmarked after July 2.

Q: How do I secure housing for this meeting?
A: Twenty-four (24) hours after you have successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation of your meeting registration which includes your personal hotel reservation link.
The deadline to complete your room reservation and receive the ATA discounted room rate is Friday, July 2.
