Megan Johnson is the Vice President of Legal & Risk for Axle Logistics, LLC. Since 2015, her areas of responsibility have included leading all aspects of the fast-growing company’s legal and risk management efforts. Megan is a seasoned attorney with broad experience in transportation and logistics, corporate law, insurance, capital raising, and commercial transactions. She previously practiced at large nationwide law firms and served as a founding partner of a boutique law firm focused on the technology sector. Through those practice experiences, she has a long history of serving as inside or outside counsel for startup and growth stage businesses with unique risk profiles.
