Dinner Tasting Tour Summary

Our Dinner Tasting Tour features three sit-down restaurants with two tastings and a paired alcoholic beverage at each stop. Dessert is included at the final restaurant. The experience provides a filling meal over the three hour span. 

Itinerary and Menu

Kachina- Mexican Cantina with a Native American Flourish, Winner Westword Best Taco and House Margarita·  Award-Winning Jimador Blanco Margarita- Jimador Blanco Tequila, Agave Nectar, Lime 

  • Carne Asada Taco on Native American Style Fry Bread- Colorado-Raised Wagyu Tri-Tip, Avocado Crema, White Onion, Cilantro and Lime, Cotija Cheese
  • House-Made Salsa Trio- Fresh Pico di Gallo, Mango Habanero and Chile di Arbol Salsa Served with House-Fried Corn Tortilla Chips

Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza- AVPN Certified Neapolitan Style Wood Fired Pizza, Mult-Year Winner Denver's Best Pizza, 5280 Top of the Town and Michelin Guide Recommended

  • Sicilian Style Limoncello- House-Made with California Meyer Lemons and Local Vodka from Mile High Spirits
  • Campana Pizza- DOC Bufalo Mozzarella with DOP San Marzano Tomatoes and Imported Caputo Flour, Pecorino Romano and Fresh Basil
  • Del Re Pizza- Truffle Cream Pizza with Roasted Mushrooms, shingled with DOC Prosciutto di Parma

Cherry Cricket- Awarded Denver Burger Bar, Featured on Food Network, Travel Channel, Winner of Numerous Best Burger in Denver Awards

  • 303 Green Chili Relleno Burger- ½ pound Colorado-Raised Angus Beef, White Cheddar, House-Made Chile Relleno, Award Winning Colorado Style Pork Green Chili
  • Bellyslide Wit Beer- Belgian Style Ale with Valencia Orange Peel and Coriander Produced at Coors Field in the Nation's Only Brewery in a Baseball Park: Sandlot Brewery. 

Note: Please meet in the Grand Hyatt Denver lobby at 4:45 PM for a 5:00 PM departure. Dinner will begin at 5:30 PM. The first stop is approximately one mile away, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. If you prefer, you’re welcome to arrange your own transportation (Uber or Lyft).
